In order to use ConnectNC’s encrypted mail service, the email service for your registered domain must be hosted on a ConnectNC server. We need access to the server at root level in order to make sure your mail is routed to the encryption server correctly.
ConnectNC will also need to have access to the nameservers for your registered domain. For this reason, we ask that you set your domain’s nameservers to ns1.connectnc.com and ns2.connectnc.com.
